How Much Can I Borrow?
(a) Our short term Bridging Loans are
from £3,000 to £5,000.
(q) Can I have more than £5,000?
(a) Yes you can, however you must apply
for the £3,000 to £5,000 first this is to set the account
up after that top ups depend on available equity
(q) How soon will I know if my application
has been successful?
This is subject to final approval after
documentation has been received however we will give you a provisional
answer immediately.
(q) How Quickly Do I get Paid?
(a) Within 10 days from your application.
The cash is paid by cheque or we can transfer the funds directly into
your bank or any savings account held in your name. If you want the funds
transferred all you need do is supply us with the account details.
(q) What if my Mortgage is in Arrears
and I've been taken to Court?
(a) No matter let us know and we will
pay off the arrears for you. Arrears or court action will not prevent
you from obtaining a loan its just that we like to know. In most cases
we can prevent any court action.
(q) What if I have CCJs and an Adverse
Credit history?
(a) No matter how adverse your Credit
history or how many CCJ’s are registered this will not prevent you
from obtaining a bridging loan.
(q) How do we pay you back?
(a) You don't, we get paid from the proceeds
of the sale. When your solicitors are able to complete your sale they
will write to us for a redemption figure then, on the day of completion,
they send us a cheque in full and final settlement. That is the end of
the matter.
