Simply telephone our customer service advisors on 0115 958 2389. Please Quote internet Services. The simple 7 point questions you will be asked are:

(1) is your property on sale or has it been sold subject to contract

(2) how much is it on sale for or if sold subject to contract how much for.

(3) how much is outstanding on the Mortgage and any other loans secured on the property

(4) The name of the Agent who has sold or is selling the property for you

(5) If you have appointed a Solicitor then name and address please

(6) Are you in arrears if so have you been taken to Court or is there Court action pending (this does not prevent you from obtaining a loan) we just like to know the full story and can in most cases prevent further court action..

(7) Do you want us to send the copy documents to you ( you must be in possession of these 8 days prior to payment)
